On Steenenburg Estate in Nieuwkuijk in the municipality of Heusden, several building plots will become available. A special location in the middle of nature that makes exclusive living possible! Steenenburg estate has had many different functions throughout the centuries. For example, the estate served as a site for the former theme park 'Land of Ooit'. Now the estate is getting a special new destination and is being developed into a unique living-working area.
In order to successfully market this luxury plot sale, we were commissioned by the municipality of Heusden and the selling broker to develop various resources. The question was to position the area with exclusive lots for detached houses in an appropriate way for the segment of future buyers.
All information about the lots, surroundings and sales can be read in the stylish hardcover sales book that we, as a design agency, completely designed. From photography to the texts to the sketchy drawings of possible homes. Besides the sales book, we also created all additional resources such as the lot passports, technical brochure, banners, advertisements and the on-site sales sign.
With the help of the clear information and all the developed resources, this beautiful project led to a successful and fast sale of the exclusive lots.
