Communication message

PinkRoccade Information Provision develops software for municipalities to exchange data efficiently and reliably. After all, municipalities can make policy faster and better when they have insight into the correct data.

PinkRoccade wondered how they could promote the software and modules more clearly and effectively to municipalities. They therefore asked us to develop a clear communication message for this purpose.

We came up with the communication message 'Data for people'. With the availability of current and verifiable data, citizens can be helped faster and better. Municipalities can use data to simplify permit applications or improve neighborhoods. PinkRoccade chose four ambassadors to spread this message. We photographed them and made illustrations to visibly reinforce the message. We also developed an online barometer. Municipalities can use it to see what software they are already using and what other options PinkRoccade offers to optimise the flow of information.

By focusing on the output of data, PinkRoccade can make complex matters easy and understandable. The communication message was intended for external use to municipalities, but was so well received that PinkRoccade has started using 'Data for people' internally as well!
