WishFlowers is the national webshop for funeral flowers with the largest selection of flower arrangements and funeral flowers. From funeral bouquets to casket covers, as well as special shapes such as a butterfly, angel or soccer jersey. The funeral bouquets are made and delivered by regional professional florists specialized in funeral flowers.

For Wishflowers we were allowed to develop the extensive webshop with the extensive order system. A challenging job, because in the funeral industry quality and on time delivery is obviously very important.
We created a clear website with innovative 180-degree viewer that presents the floral arrangements all around. Using this technique, the customer can view the floral arrangement from all sides and see which funeral arrangement fits best. For funeral directors, we even went a step further. We developed a configurator that allows customers to view floral arrangements all around on a funeral casket.

Besides the webshop, we also created a flower brochure with the flower arrangements from the webshop and designed greeting cards that can be delivered with the funeral flowers.

A large-scale webshop also requires a well-functioning order system. We developed this so that the orders with all the necessary information, including automatically generated briefing, reach the right florist on time. In this system, invoicing for the ordering funeral directors and performing florists is fully automated. They also have a login environment in which they can view the orders and invoices, among other things.

Developing a platform was the first phase, then we started promoting the platform among the various target groups. Every month we work on the findability in Google through SEO, we run various SEA campaigns in Google Ads, Google shopping and social media and we use e-mail marketing to recruit funeral directors.
